A Flair for Affairs provides event planning and coordination services for weddings, destination weddings, parties and corporate events. We specialize in creating unique, themed events for our clients. We know the hottest trends in entertainment and decor, and have access to qualified vendors locally and nationally.
We would welcome the opportunity to help you create your own memorable occasion. We can help you establish a budget, develop a party theme and coordinate vendors. Throughout the planning process and during the hectic days preceding your event, you can count on us to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. On the "big day" our professional coordination services allow you to enjoy the event with the confidence that all the details are being attended to. Best of all, you'll experience your event and remember it as well as your guests!
AFFA offers a variety of wedding and destination wedding packages, providing different levels of service or customized to meet the specific requirements of your event. Private parties, social and corporate events are quoted individually.
To arrange a consultation appointment to discuss your event, please contact Elisa via phone or e-mail. Consultation appointments are also a great way to gain answers to any immediate questions you may have, or to obtain vendor referrals. The initial consultation fee will be applied to any package or daily service you contract!

NEW!!! Destination Wedding Packages AFFA can help you plan a lovely wedding ceremony --- from start to finish, be it simple or elaborate! We start with professional vendors to provide any service you may require, at the highest level of quality within your budget. We will coordinate and confirm all the details. Then, we provide you with a typed itinerary, which will include all the directions and instructions you will need --- from obtaining your marriage license to finding your way "home" at the end of the day. Our services will relieve you of the stress associated with planning and coordinating an event from so far away, and the nagging fear that something will go wrong.
An Intimate Wedding package is perfect for your intimate wedding ceremony, second marriage or vow renewal. It includes an Officiant to perform the ceremony, wedding music selected from CD collection, Bridal bouquets (for bride and one attendant), Groom's boutonniere, choice of ceremony location, professional photography and a keepsake album.
