Q: "What are the benefits to hosting our special event in Florida?" A: The weather! The sun is usually shining, and you can enjoy the outdoors practically year round --- especially when it is cold further north! (In our tropical climate, rain can be unpredictable, but showers rarely last for long.) Vendor's services in this area often cost less than in other major metropolitan areas. Our state sales tax is only 6% (generally lower than most major cities). Q: "How can I secure your services?" (Deposit and Payment Info) A: We book up to 15 months in advance, so call us as soon as you pick your date! Once we have confirmed our availability for your event's date and time, and determined the scope of services, a "package" price will be quoted. All services require a deposit of 25% of the package price. We accept payments by money order or US bank check, payable to: Elisa Delgardio, AFFA. (US funds only.)
