Elisa Delgardio has extensive experience in the catering and restaurant industry. She started her career in special events working at some of the most prestigious catering establishments of Long Island's North Shore. During that time, she was involved with several hundred events, most of which were weddings. Ms. Delgardio subsequently went on to study interior design at the New York Institute of Technology.

After moving to Florida, Ms. Delgardio accepted a position with an internationally reknowned architectural firm, and continued with her design education.

More recently, she and her husband worked together to open an Italian restaurant in Fern Park. Incorporating her knowledge of restaurants and her design background, Ms. Delgardio was able to layout the dining room, kitchen and work areas, as well as select the décor. The setting is casual, the atmosphere is friendly, the food has received critical acclaim and the restaurant has become a favorite in town!

With more than a dozen years of diverse experience in special events, design and business management, Ms. Delgardio's approach to coordinating events is understandably unique. Her skills, coupled with her innate sense of creativity and her eye for detail ensure a complete, well run event guaranteed to surpass expectations. It is obvious that she enjoys the challenges of wedding and event coordination, and helping others to realize their dreams of a truly memorable event.
